Welcome to your free Learn Speak Thai Online lessons and games. The featured lesson and games are part of the ‘What is your name? content of our Thai Beginners course. It will allow you to see first-hand how the clickable audio, audio visual slideshows, and audio flash card games work together to help you learn Thai is a fast, fun an effective way.

Before starting the lesson you may find it useful to take a quick look at the video and written guide below on how to use the various lesson features.

Playing clickable text

To play the audio position your cursor over the word or phrase and left click.

Play slideshows

All lessons with clickable audio text have slide shows. To play the slide show click on 'View lesson slideshow' on the tool bar. The slideshow will pop up. Click play arrow.

Play audio flash card game

Games are found at the bottom of the lesson. Click on the game you want to play. To play the flash card game click on the card to flip it. The flipped flash card automatically reveals the Thai word and plays the Thai audio. To go to next card click 'Next card' button.

Play matching word card game

To play the matching word game drag and drop English word block across to matching Thai word by clicking on word with mouse, holding mouse button down and moving the word accross to desired destination. A green tick will indicate whether you are correct. A red cross indicates your match-up is incorrect.
